Anulom Antonym – To do this pranayama, sit with the back straight. Now press the right nasal with the thumb of right hand and breathe in from the left side nasal and then exhale through the right nasal. You can do this for 2 to 5 minutes.

Balasana – To perform Balasana, bend your knees and sit as far as possible, pulling your hands forward. This posture is very easy and beneficial. Do this for 5 minutes.

Marjariasan- In this, he sits on his knees and tilts his back. Taking the breath in, slowly release the stomach inward and then outwardly. This calms the mind completely.

Paschimottanasana – Keep the legs and back perfectly straight. Now pull the hands forward with the feet. Tilt the head down, then slowly bring the hands back to normal.
