Bread Poha Recipe
Bread poha can be prepared in a very short time and it does not take much effort to make it. Know the easiest recipe of Bread Poha.
5-6 bread slices
4-5 curry leaves
½ tsp rye
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped capsicum
1 finely chopped tomato
1 finely chopped green chillies
Ginger paste as needed
½ tsp coriander powder
½ teaspoon turmeric
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon oil
- Break the bread into pieces and add a few splashes of water to make them wet.
- Now heat oil in a pan. Add curry leaves and mustard seeds, then add chopped onion and capsicum and fry. Now add chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilies and ginger paste and fry it well.
- Then add turmeric, coriander powder and salt to these vegetables and mix. Then mix bread pieces in it.
- If you want, you can also put some vinegar on top. Turn off the gas.
Bread poha is ready. Serve hot by adding salt or lemon juice on top.
