The agitation of farmers against agricultural laws continues. While hearing the petitions related to agricultural laws, the Supreme Court has expressed concern about the farmers’ performance. Also, all the petitions will be heard on January 11. The Supreme Court said that we understand the situation and we want the matter to be resolved by negotiation. CJI SA Bobde asked Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, when is the hearing on the farmer protest to be held?

Tushar Mehta said that the date has not been decided yet. Also said that do not listen to this with other matters. The CJI said that we want to hear it along with other matters because no solution has been found so far regarding the performance. Now all the petitions will be heard on January 11.

The CJI said that we will hear all the cases together on Monday and if the Attorney General demands to postpone the case on that day, the hearing will be deferred. The court also wants a solution to be resolved through negotiations.
