Pakistan’s Supreme Court has ordered to begin the reconstruction of the tomb of the Hindu saint within two weeks.

With this, the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province has been asked to submit a report to the court.

Recently, the historic samadhi of the Hindu saint Shri Param Hans Ji Maharaj in Karak district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province was demolished by an angry mob of locals.

Taking suo motu cognizance of this incident, the Supreme Court held a hearing on Tuesday. A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Justice Gulzar Ahmed heard the case.
