Hearing the petitions related to farm laws, the Supreme Court has expressed concern about the Farmer Protest. The CJI said that we understand the situation and we want the matter to be resolved through dialogue. Along with this, another petition has been filed against the cancellation of the three agricultural laws. The CJI asked the petitioner ML Sharma, you know what is going on in the court about the farmers’ protests? ML Sharma said that he has filed the amended petition.
After this, the CJI asked SG Tushar Mehta, when is the hearing on the farmer demonstration? Tushar Mehta said that the date has not been decided yet. Also said that do not listen to this with other matters. CJI said that we want to hear this along with other matters because no solution has been found so far regarding the performance. Now all the petitions will be heard on January 11. CJI said that we will hear all the cases together on Monday. And if the Attorney General demands that the case be deferred, then the hearing will be deferred. The court also wants a solution to be resolved from the conversation.
