Today we are presenting the recipe of Rajma Masala Sandwich to get rid of this problem, whether it is a special breakfast of the weekend or to provide healthy food to the children. It is very tasty to eat and easy to make. Let’s know its recipe:
Butter – as required
Finely chopped onion – 1
Boiled Potatoes – 2
Boiled beans – 1/2 cup
Finely chopped ginger – garlic – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder – 1 teaspoon
Chaat Masala Powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – as per taste
Oil – As required
Heat a spoonful of oil in the pan and fry ginger-garlic in it for a few seconds. Now add mashed potato, boiled rajma, salt and all other spices in that pan. Cook the mixture well on medium heat and turn off the gas. When the mixture cools down completely, add finely chopped onion and green chili to it.
Spread this kidney beans mixture over the bread slices. Place another bread on top. Prepare all three sandwiches in this way. Put butter on the sandwich. Bake the sandwiches in a nonstick pan until golden on both sides and serve.
