In his apology application, East Modi (Purvi Modi) said that he is not the main accused and the investigative agencies have revealed his limited role. He said that he has fully cooperated with the ED, providing the necessary information and documents.


New Delhi: The difficulties of Punjab National Bank scam (PNB Scam) accused and fugitive diamond businessman Nirav Modi (Nirav Modi) have increased. Nirav Modi’s younger sister Purvi Modi and her husband Mayank Mehta will testify against her in two cases filed by the Enforcement Directorate.

Please tell that Nirav’s sister and brother-in-law have opted for forgiveness to testify against him. Last month, East and her husband Mayank Mehta filed applications before the court stating that they wanted to distance themselves from Nirav Modi and could provide sufficient and important evidence for their dealing. Special Judge VC Burde, who handled the cases under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), accepted the application made by Eastern to become a government witness.
