The petition calls for the cancellation of the agreement between Shri Krishna Janmasthana Seva Sangh and Shahi Masjid Idgah Committee in 1968 as illegal. There has been a demand to remove the mosque and give the entire 13.37 acres of land to Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Trust.The District and Sessions Court of Mathura on Thursday reserved its verdict on the petition demanding the removal of the mosque from near the temple. This hearing was held on the petition of Shri Krishna Virajaman.
During the hearing in the district judge’s court on Thursday in the Krishna Krishna birthplace case, the plaintiffs’ defendants appeared. Appeal was objected by Idgah Committee. The court has reserved the verdict after the hearing. In the first suit filed in the Shri Krishna Janmasthana case, a hearing was held on Thursday in the court of District Judge Yashwant Mishra.In this case, on the notice issued by the court in the past, the four participants have filed their advocates. On September 25, eight people including Lucknow resident advocate Ranjana Agnihotri and Lord Shri Krishna Virajaman filed suit in the court.In this, the agreement between Shri Krishna Janmasthana Seva Sangh and Shahi Masjid Idgah Committee in 1968 has been called as illegal and demanded its cancellation.
