J&K: Terrorists throw grenade at security forces in Pulwama, 7 civilians injured


New Delhi / Team Digital. In Jammu and Kashmir, terrorists attacked the security forces. Militants hurled grenades at security forces at Tral bus stand in Pulwama district (Pulwama). A police official said the militants had hurled grenades at the Tral bus stand in this district of south Kashmir towards security personnel. The grenade did not hit the target and exploded in the market. At least six civilians were injured due to this.

The officer said the injured were rushed to the hospital. He said that the area has been cordoned off and efforts are being made to nab the attackers. Seven civilians were injured in this attack. According to Jammu and Kashmir Police, seven civilians sustained minor injuries in the grenade attack in Tral in Pulwama district. The health status of all the injured is stable.

It is worth noting that earlier the Jammu and Kashmir Police had foiled the plan of attack by Pakistan based terrorists and arrested a suspected Lashkar terrorist. According to the information, several Chinese hand grenades were also recovered by the police.
