It will pass through the southeast of the Chinghai-Tibet Plateau, which is one of the geologically most active regions of the world. The Sichuan-Tibet Railway starts from Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province And it enters Tibet by passing through the vehicle and going through the ridge. The time taken by this train to travel between Chengdu and Lhasa has been reduced from 48 hours to 13 hours. Nayingshi is also known as Linjhi, which is near the Arunachal Pradesh border.

Last month, Chinese President Xi Jinping instructed officials to expedite the construction of the new railway project connecting Shichuan Province and Linzhi . He had said that it would play an important role in protecting the stability of the border. According to the Tibet Railway Construction Company Limited, the manufacturer of this railway route, the train can pass at a speed of 160 km per hour. This 435 km long rail route has 47 tunnels and 120 bridges.
